Good morning everyone, this is the first year member Eron. It is the first time I’m writing the training diary and coincidently today is my last day at the team. I’m sorry that dairy comes a little late.
First, below attached is today’s training menu.
It was booked to set goals during today’s training. The training content is relatively straightforward which consist of regular warm-up, スキップスand the last part of goal set. Also, today’s dry land training was quite typical core muscle workout which consists of abs workout, such as 4mins plank, and leg workout, such as box jump, broad jump etc.
It was quite a sharp learning curve for me since I joined the team. I started off feeling strong muscle fatigue after training and gradually become better. I made the most progress during the second month where I was feeling improvement on a daily basis. And the 冬季公認was the great competition which made me want to race again and train harder!
Today was the last training I had with the Kyodai Team. First of all, I want to thank everyone for the special last training. The last 50m hard, I was deeply encouraged and embraved with confidence while everyone started cheering up for me. I had all the support from the team and it was only the muscle fatigue that prevents me from going faster. Although I couldn’t achieve a personal best, I was glad that I gave all my efforts to complete last 50m hard!!! I felt really grateful that I had the opportunity to join the Kyodai Team and all of you!!!
Lastly but by no means the least, my best wishes to Kyodai Team and Everyone. Missing you all!
